Diane Rhyu Taylor is an interdisciplinary designer and educator exploring the intersection of culture, climate, and craft through the lens of the built environment.

Diane's interdisciplinary approach to design traverses multiple scales from object, installation, architecture, to settlements. Seeking to amplify and expand cultural narratives about our relationship to the built environment, she has worked in architectural practice, the public sector, and for cultural institutions across Korea, France, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and the US.
Diane holds a master’s in architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and studied Architectural History and International Relations at Brown University. She served as an Architectural Advisor to the United Nations World Food Programme in Bangladesh and has taught at the Bengal Institute for Architecture, Landscapes, and Settlements.
